Former Private Notice to the United States of American Supreme Court of Equity 

Perhaps once a century does a case come across with more than a few structural dishonors (errors).  The attached NOTICE to the Appellant Court of Equity (9th district) clearly demonstrates from the Official record, a District Court Judicial Officer not merely getting close to a making structural dishonor, but one where the most reasonable explanation is that these Dishonors were the clearly the intent of the Court, resulting in no less than FOUR if not FIVE Structural Dishonors (errors),  ushering in a rare situation requiring the immediate power of a supervisory court to re-establish the courts integrity.  Noticeor, Bossingham, Brett Allen, also has clear abundant evidence of Dishonors of a Grave Criminal Nature by agents of the Plaintiff in the public case 1:10-CR-00150-001, and the Court, as well as a Court orphaning an eighth grade girl, and a tenth Grade boy to be homeless and parentless when illegally incarcerating parents through an Ex-Parte Simulacrum Trial.  I invite this Supreme Court of Equity to oversee the Supervisory Court in ordering a discharge of the case 1:10-CR-00150-001, to ensure the good public reputation that the lower District Court currently enjoys.
